Raspberry Pear Crisp

Great combination of flavors with pears and raspberries, along with the oats and honey topping.  Yummy!

2 medium fresh pears, washed and thinly sliced

3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup quick-cooking oats
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons transfat-free stick margarine, melted
1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Place pear slices in a 8-inch square or round baking dish which has been coated with cooking spray. Add raspberries and sprinkle with sugar.  In a mixing bowl combine oats, honey, margarine, and cinnamon.  Sprinkle over the raspberry mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until fruit is bubbly and tender.
